Miss Girlie Girl appreciates our customers and offers a 30 day return policy of the original purchase date. Items must be sent back in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Email request to service@missgirliegirl.com within 30 days (NO EXCEPTIONS) of merchandise receipt, (requests made after 30 day period will not receive response) include the item(s) numbers you are requesting to return and the reason for the return, only those items listed will be honored in the return. You will be refunded the item price less shipping and handling. *International returns and refunds will not be accepted.

You can return items by mail and enjoy free shipping on your return package in the USA. To return by mail, follow the four easy steps below:
1. EMAIL US service@missgirliegirl.com Our Online Service Team will provide a pre-paid return label via email.
2. PRINT IT Print the label from your email.
3. PACK IT Carefully pack items into the bubble mailer or box and include the completed invoice. Seal the bubble mailer or box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
4. SHIP IT Take the package to any USPS location or request a USPS Pick-up service by USPS.com. Return items in original box/bags; use padded envelope or box.
